Pontiac GTO is hardly the type of vehicle that needs aftermarket help to stand out. Some would argue that the muscle icon is best left untouched. Of course, new-age aficionados beg to differ, and they have digital art on their side. Case in point with this rendering, which showcases a 1969 GTO with wild aero tweaks that might just lead to a build.

The first GTO is credited with popularizing the middle-platform-with-a-big-engine muscle car recipe. GM completely redesigned the model after a few years on the market, introducing its second generation for 1968. Zooming in on the lower side of the vehicle, we notice an aero armor consisting of a front splitter, side skirt extensions, and a diffuser-style element at the back, whose side hardware matches the profile of the other pieces. Oh, and let’s not overlook the rear window louvers and the quad-tip exhaust setup, which should allow the V8 motor of the Poncho to fully express its feelings and emotions.
